Here is how to begin:

• Print the floor plan off of our website
• Take an ink pen and draw your requests directly on the existing floor plan.
• Make a corresponding list explaining your requests.
  • Make sure your desired foundation type is specified.
  • Orientation of the home needed (As shown or reversed)
  • Include your full name, phone number, email address, lot number and address of building site
• Scan and email the changes to garrellassociatesinc@gmail.com or fax to 770-614-5948
• Once we have received your changes our team will review your requests and give you a free quote for your customized home plan.
• You will receive your quote by email 4-5 business days after our office receives your requested customization’s. (Please allow extra time during holidays)

Changes to Amicalola Cottage #06244

• Basement foundation
• I would like to make the screened porch into a keeping room that is open to the kitchen.
• The lodge room should be extended to the line of the covered porch.
• The wall to the right of the kitchen island removed to create an open concept plan.
• The pantry door leading into the garage should also be removed.
• I would like the second floor to be open, please remove the door and wall at the top of the steps.
• Remove the kitchen cabinets and make it open to the stairs on the second floor.
